Design Features : ACHP-118-400 Omni-directional VHF/UHF aviation band antenna is rugged all weather model, high power handling capacity, radiator enclosed in a ABS radome, uses 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural aluminum alloy and does not require any field tuning or adjustments. The compact size of omni-directional VHF/UHF aviation band antenna allows easy handling, shipping and highly suitable for ATC sites for ground-to-ground and ground-to-air communications without having the requirement of multiple antennas. Antenna termination and feed cable lie enclosed inside the mounting pipe for complete weather protection. All exposed metallic parts are supplied with powder coating finish to protect the antenna further from sever environmental condition.
